The video documents the group die der art guten Freunde [the sort who are good friends] as they develop the installation As Time Goes By (36.19). It shows how the group discuss plans for the project in the Fernsehturm restaurant on Alexanderplatz in Berlin. After the batteries of the video camera run out, the discussion continues in Irène Hug’s apartment. In the foreground, Oliver Baurhenn simultaneously translates the dialogue into Dutch, in anticipation of the video being used as part of the exhibition in The Hague.
